Associate Partner
Roles & responsibilities
Leadership & Vision: Lead and scale a global software build organization, setting the technical vision and strategy for enterprise product delivery.
AI-First Transformation: Champion the evolution from traditional delivery models to an AI-first engineering culture, embedding AI tools and methodologies to accelerate innovation and efficiency.
AI First Delivery Excellence: Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle—from architectural design through deployment and stabilization, including enabling adoption of approved AI platforms and engineering tooling, establishing measurable AI adoption metrics across delivery teams, and tracking outcomes. The role will also provide oversight on governance, change management, risk management, and controls to ensure responsible and compliant AI usage thereby ensuring a predictable and high-quality release cadence.
Architectural Stewardship: Provide strong architectural leadership. Review, guide, and approve solution architectures to ensure they are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term enterprise strategy.
Technical Mentorship: Act as a key technical mentor and coach for engineering leaders and teams. Champion best practices in software development, architecture, and modern engineering to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Team Development: Build and develop a world-class engineering organization. Drive talent strategy, including hiring, retention, and professional growth, with a focus on continuous upskilling and building a strong leadership pipeline.
Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with product management, business leaders, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions and transparent execution plans.
Vendor & Tech Partner Management: Manage relationships and drive technical integrations with large technology vendors and strategic partners to align roadmaps and maximize value.
Drive Operational Rigor: Establish and monitor key performance metrics for delivery health, engineering quality, and team productivity to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. To drive the rigor - inspire and cultivate a culture of ownership, accountability, and unwavering commitment to delivery. Foster an environment where teams are motivated, engaged, and empowered to succeed.

Mandatory technical & functional skills and work experience
Extensive senior technology leadership experience (typically 18+ years) leading product engineering and software delivery organizations in a global, enterprise-scale environment.
Deep expertise in delivering large, complex software products, with a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience running a multi-disciplinary software build organization, including engineering, architecture, and quality assurance.
A forward-thinking mindset with a demonstrable passion for transforming traditional development models by leveraging AI and machine learning.
Strong architectural background with the ability to lead technical discussions and guide architectural decisions.
Deep expertise in modern engineering practices, including cloud-native architectures across major platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, data analytics, and other emerging technologies.
Thorough understanding of secure coding standards (e.g., OWASP), data protection regulations, and best practices for managing open-source software licensing and restrictions.
Proven experience in managing technical relationships and integrations with large enterprise software vendors.
Proven ability to inspire and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
