BASE24 Developer

• In depth Knowledge on Payments domain, especially on Transaction processing Switch (Base24)
• Hands-on Experience on HP Non-Stop system and good knowledge in various tools in HP Nonstop platform
• Good understanding and hands on experience on base24 classic payment switch application,
• Understanding on Base24 source codes, application debugging and problem management,
• Excellent analytical trouble shooting skills on Base24 ATM, POS and schemes such as MDS, VISA, AMEX and BIC ISO, Host interfaces.
• Ability to understand TAL, TACL ,COBOL and SCOBOL Programming source codes and design for new application development.
• Good business knowledge in the areas of Payments, Cards and Channels
• POS/E-COMM/ATM operational Knowledge
• Managed end-to-end Solution Analysis, Design, Development, Testing including project planning, and risk management while ensuring sustainable effort and schedule variance from the Projects.
• 7+ Years of Overall IT Experience
• 5+ years of experience in design and implementation of solutions for Banks/Financial Institutions using Base24
• Requirement analysis and Designing.
• Preparing Technical design document.
• Developing the code, unit test plan and test results.
• Daily and weekly status meetings based on status reports.
• Compliance to customer quality standards.
• Defect tracking and closing.
• Handle technical discussion with both external and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to go extra mile to meet project timelines/goals
• Strong team player and self-driven
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
• Good Communication (Written and oral) and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge on standard VISA, MDS, BNET Simulators and other product Paragon, ASSET, Versa Test, FinSIM.
