Job Description:

• Overall 7+ years of IT experience
• As a Blockchain Specialist will be responsible for leading and designing as well as building Blockchain based Solutions.
• Interact with clients to understand the requirements to create technical designs and other necessary documentation.
• Provide technical thought leadership to our customers from the financial world on innovative blockchain or DLT and architecture issues as well as on current and future architecture trends
• Evaluation, selection and implementation of suitable blockchain platforms, protocols and development tools based on the professional and technical requirements
• Development of architecture concepts for the use of distributed ledger technologies
• Creation of studies, business cases, technical concepts and presentations and, if necessary, assumption of technical responsibility for a specific topic
• Define Bosch Web3 technical strategy and roadmap.
• Help customers integrate their existing IT infra with new DLT ledger
• Creation of offers, presales and sales activities as well as implementation of the offer selection for our customer projects
• Work closely with designers, developers, testers and multiple other teams to ensure successful implementation, testing, deployment of Blockchain applications.
• Good understanding of Blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms.
• Prior experience and knowledge of Hyperledger fabric 2.x and production scale implementation.
• Identify performance metrics for measuring Blockchain performance.
• Identify best practices and standards to ensure high quality and security focused deliverable.
• Document innovative solutions as well as maintain existing documentation.
• Design scalable and reliable architecture to integrate application with blockchain nodes.
• Experience in designing database solutions.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies.
• Process and tool definition for code quality, unit testing, and deployment
• Coordinates security and performance testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience with system architecture and design for the integration of Web 2.0 and Web3 systems.
• Experience with Hyperledger Fabric.
• Knowledge of software architecture and design of smart-contracts ecosystem.
  
  

Good To Have:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development and smart contract/distributed app development (e.g., Solidity, Scilla, Golang) through industry experience, hackathons, open-source work, personal projects, or similar.
• Experience with multiple private Blockchain Protocols.
• Experience participating in Crypto hackathons.
• Understanding of crypto-economics/tokenomics.
• Any Blockchain certifications
• 2+ years of experience with multi cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
