📍 Location: Hoodi , Bangalore
🕘 Shift: Day Shift
📅 Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Weekly Off

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for collections and sales
- Follow up on pending payments and encourage timely repayments
- Explain loan products, offers, and payment options
- Maintain accurate customer records and call updates
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns
- Meet daily and monthly collection/sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
