What would you do? Manage end-to-end processes across payments, invoicing, and procurement, ensuring accurate financial transactions, timely invoice processing, and efficient procurement operations.Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.

Experience in handling payments, invoice management, and procurement processes, with strong attention to detail and process compliance.Payment processing and reconciliationInvoice creation, validation, and processingProcure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle managementVendor management and purchase order handlingFinancial controls and compliance
Roles and Responsibilities: Process and monitor payments and ensure timely settlementsManage invoicing activities including validation and trackingSupport procurement activities such as purchase requests, purchase orders, and vendor coordinationEnsure compliance with financial and procurement policiesHandle discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders for resolutionMaintain documentation and reporting related to payments, invoicing, and procurement
