Role: Business Analyst 

Experience Level: 2+ Years 

Work location: Mumbai, Bangalore & Trivandrum

Notice Period: 0-15 days

Role & Responsibilities: 

● Program Implementation: Drive the end-to-end delivery of mid-to-large scale programs, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. 

● Requirement Lifecycle Management: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate complex business requirements. Translate high-level business needs into detailed User Stories and functional specifications.

● Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between business units, product owners, and engineering teams. Manage expectations and navigate conflicting priorities across multi-functional departments. 

● Agile Leadership: Facilitate and participate in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives). Maintain and prioritize a healthy Product Backlog. 

● Gap Analysis & Solutioning: Identify "as-is" vs. "to-be" states, performing rigorous gap analysis to recommend scalable solutions that minimize technical debt. 

● Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure the delivered product meets the "Definition of Done." 

Skills Required: 

• ​ 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.

• Proven history of working on mid-to-large size programs (e.g., digital transformation.

•  Strong mastery of Scrum/Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence). 

• Ability to understand API structures, data mapping, and basic SQL for data validation.

• Expert-level proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, Process Maps (BPMN), and User Stories. 

• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts (Prompts, RAG, Agentic workflows).

• Understanding of SAP data structures is a significant plus.

•  Experience in UX/UI requirement gathering for web-based validation tools.

•  Ability to facilitate workshops with Process Owners to define success metrics for automation accuracy.

Good to have Skills & Qualification: 

● Certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or IIBA-CBAP.

● Strategic Thinking: Experience in Change Management or Business Process Re-engineering.

● Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in Supply chain, Procurement or Logistics.
