Summary:
As a Business and Integration Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives. This role requires analyzing current business processes and collaborating to design and implement technology solutions that align with strategic goals. The practitioner actively participates in discussions to ensure that technology changes support business improvements, fostering seamless integration between business strategy and technological advancements. The position demands a proactive approach to managing client interactions and delivering tailored solutions that drive organizational success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Assist in documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor project progress and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management systems and their integration within business processes.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet specific business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM implementations.
- Familiarity with data migration, system upgrades, and performance optimization within CRM environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
