Survey Specialist - Data & Analytics

Business Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Survey Specialist. As a Survey Specialist, you will support our Tech & Data team and you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining surveys and dashboards using the Qualtrics EX platform (Examples: employee engagement, lifecycle and 360 feedback). You will also be responsible for preparing and processing data with a variety of data sources to be integrated with our survey results.  You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of surveys and delivering actionable dashboards and reports in support of KPMG’s People Experience strategy.

 

• Design and build surveys using the Qualtrics platform, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience for respondents

• Implement advanced survey features such as skip logic and embedded data

• Create and manage survey participant lists and directories and ensure proper targeting of survey invitations and reminders for engagement, lifecycle and feedback surveys.  Includes managing participants and respondents for feedback surveys.

• Create and monitor survey communications via Qualtrics (invitations, reminders, dashboard and report notifications, etc.)

• Manage access to dashboards, following established protocols

• Design and build interactive dashboards to visualize survey results and key metrics

• Support and document quality assurance across directories, participants, dashboards and analysis (data checking)

• Maintain and update existing projects and dashboards (including hierarchies, participant lists, and other data used for analysis and reporting)

Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices of the Qualtrics platform

Work multiple projects within the project portfolio simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

• Proficiency in using the Qualtrics platform to design and build surveys

• Managing data in Journey analytics

• Strong understanding of survey methodology and best practices

• Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel or SPSS

• Experience with Visier a plus

• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and dashboard design principles

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Project management experience implementing human resource process/technology projects preferred
