We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-Project Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title: Project ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate internal teams and external vendorsTrack project progress and ensure timely deliveryIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks and issuesManage changes to project scope, schedule, and costsCommunicate project status to stakeholders and leadershipEnsure quality standards and best practices are followedFacilitate agile ceremonies (if working in Agile/Scrum environments)Maintain project documentation and reportingRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager (typically 5+ years)Strong understanding of project management methodologies:Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approachesProficiency with project management tools:Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similarExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesPreferred QualificationsCertifications such as:PMP (Project Management Professional)PRINCE2Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalentExperience in IT / Software / Cloud projectsFamiliarity with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planningKnowledge of risk management frameworksSoft SkillsLeadership and team coordinationStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsTime management and organizational abilitiesAdaptability in fast-paced environmentsExperienceTypically 5–10 years of experience in project management or related rolesKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)On-time and within-budget project deliveryStakeholder satisfactionRisk mitigation effectivenessTeam productivity and collaboration
