We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description:

 

• Support and administer ECM platform, DPS (Digital Paper System), and all its components
• Configure and monitor IBM ECM System Monitor to ensure the health and stability of the mission critical DPS platform
• Perform vulnerability assessment, remediation, and reporting for the DPS platform and all its components
• Effectively craft and maintain Azure DevOps work items on our team’s Kanban board and in our backlog
• Assist the DPS Product Delivery team in performing deployments, upgrades/patching, configurations, and customizations of the DPS platform
• Build and deliver DPS reports utilizing Microsoft Power BI
• Maintaining a production-first mindset focused on scale, uptime, and ability to rapidly triage/resolve production issues in the mission critical DPS platform
• Work closely with internal business units and IT partners to facilitate project completion
• Provide technical demonstrations/presentations to IT leadership, business partners, and project stakeholders
• Interface with software vendors and suppliers in support of business applications software
• Be available for an on-call rotation to participate in deployment, troubleshooting, and communication efforts outside of normal business hours
• Promote a cooperative and productive team environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

 

• Overall, 10 years’ experience with primary experience in ECM related projects, with significant experience in support project.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard ECM tools including but not limited to IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA), FileNet, Business Automation Workflow (BAW), Datacap, Content Collector (ICC), ECM System Monitor (ESM), etc.
• Working experience in ECM Platform Administration
• Containerization: Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker
• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Red Hat Ansible
• Database: PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
• Test Automation: Postman, KarateLabs, Opkey
• Cloud Platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, IBM Cloud
• Metrics and Monitoring: Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, Kafka, IBM ECM System Monitor
• Networking: AWS Route 53, Virtual Networks, AWS API Gateway, AWS Application Load Balancer, AWS VPC, Akamai
