Project Role : Business Process ArchitectProject Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational strategy.
- Document and communicate process changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex process requirements and solutions.
- Experience in creating detailed documentation and process flow diagrams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
