Project Role : Business Process DesignerProject Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves examining current workflows to identify areas that can be enhanced for better efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with various business users to gather detailed requirements and develop use cases that align with organizational goals. Throughout the day, the individual focuses on designing mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and feedback, ensuring that processes evolve and improve continuously. The position demands a thoughtful approach to understanding operational challenges and crafting solutions that support sustained business performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate process improvements.
- Document and communicate process changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cornerstone Talent Management Suite.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and redesign business processes effectively.
- Ability to translate business needs into detailed process documentation and workflows.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and discussions to elicit requirements and feedback.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for continuous process monitoring and improvement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cornerstone Talent Management Suite.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
