Business Support Specialist - Audit Coordinator

Life in the Team
You will support the Audit function in maintaining certification and ensuring the function runs smoothly by handling a range of administrative duties. This includes maintaining the audit schedule, interfacing with external audit bodies, managing mailboxes, supporting policy and documentation review and management, maintaining One CC, and performing reporting and analysis to ensure KPIs are met. You will also provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc activities as required.

What You'll Do
- Co-ordinate and schedule internal and external audits in collaboration with external audit bodies and Senior Lead auditors
- Manage audit calendar and schedule in SureCloud in collaboration with Senior Lead auditors
- Support the upkeep of audit-related policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring they remain aligned with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Analysis and monthly reporting requirements – various
- Mailbox Management – ensuring mailbox folders are kept up to date
- Help coordinate audit-related queries
- Participate in meetings and take minutes
- Assist in updating and streamlining audit processes and help identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ad hoc administration duties as needed
What You'll Need
Essential:
- Previous experience in an administrative or audit support role
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks i.e. ISO is desirable
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
Role requirements:
- Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication with the ability to liaise effectively with auditors, managers and cross functional teams as well as external audit bodies
- Organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple audit schedules, documents, and deadlines efficiently
- Strong time management and prioritisation
- Attention to details: Accuracy in reviewing and maintaining audit records. Vigilance in identifying discrepancies or non-compliance issues
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with audit management systems or compliance tracking tools
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture. Ability to work across departments and with external stakeholders
- Adaptability: Comfortable with changing regulations, systems, and priorities. Open to learning and continuous improvement
