Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in managing full system implementation lifecycles, including analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, and support.
- Experience in the Supply Chain business domain.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical process analysis to translate business requirements into solution designs.
- Experience creating documentation for system solution designs, configurations, test strategies, test plans, and issue resolution.
- Experience advocating for continuous product improvement and contributing to product roadmaps.
- Experience developing supply chain system integrations for operational asset management and asset tracking.
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to take decisive action.

- Partner with business stakeholders to define the product requirements.
- Bring clarity into the requirements by conducting workshops to build robust solutions for medium to complex business problems.
- Design medium-complexity solutions, and collaborate with lead Business Systems Analysis (BSAs) on complex solution designs.
- Partner with internal business teams and application engineers to successfully implement solutions.
