What would you do? A Team Lead/ Supervisor in Corporate Actions is responsible for end-to-end ownership of complex events, ensuring accuracy, risk mitigation, and process excellence. The role also acts as a go-to expert, supporting team members, driving improvements and managing stakeholder relationships.
What are we looking for? • Preferably Graduate in MBA/ Commerce/ with good understanding on Investment Banking Operations domain • Good verbal and written communication • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Willing to work in night shifts (between 4pm IST to 2am IST) and 100% RTO • Willing to work in Indian Holidays Good Verbal Communication Skills Good Written Communication MS Office
Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for end-to-end processing of corporate action events, including notice validation, review and alignment of options with golden copy • Liaise with custodians to ensure timely notice delivery, fax instruction confirmations with custodians, and query resolution • Monitor event deadlines, familiarity with deadline tracking and reporting, and ensure accurate payment confirmations. - Knowledge of proxy services and voting process. • Independently manage complex and high-risk corporate actions • Validate and authorize event setup, entitlements, and payments • Define and standardize SOPs, checklists, and control frameworks • Review and sign off on high-value or sensitive transactions • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for errors and implement preventive controls • Ensure zero missed elections / financial impact incidents • Able to communicate the issues & escalate if needed • Perform assignments/tasks • Follow set procedures & ensure training completion on time • Should be a self-starter, team player, motivated and highly energized individual to compete the complexity of the process • Recognizes and/or articulates basic concepts, facts, methods, techniques in day-to-day work experiences • Applies detailed knowledge and skills to complex (or new) work situations in multiple settings
