Job Description
Designation: Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) / Handyman
Department: Operations
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 In-Hand
Shift: Rotational
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MST / Handyman to handle day-to-day electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance activities at the facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC maintenance.
* Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
* Attend to electrical wiring, lighting, fixtures, water leakage and minor repair work.
* Handle basic LT/HT panel and transformer-related maintenance activities.
* Carry out basic repair and adjustment of doors, furniture, locks, wheels and other fixtures.
* Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests promptly.
* Coordinate with other technicians/vendors for maintenance activities.
* Maintain proper records of repairs and follow safety procedures.
Requirements
* ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or relevant technical trade.
* 2–4 years of experience in Facility Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or similar industry.
* Good hands-on knowledge of multi-skilled maintenance/handyman work.
* Electrical license/certification will be an advantage.
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
