Job Responsibilities

• Handling AR process like customer billing & cash applications
• Applying daily cash receipts with open customer invoices / research open item
• Follow up with clients on aged invoices to make sure they are paid in a timely manner
• Support to create accurate DSO (Days to Bill are managed / improved)
• Working knowledge of Oracle / HighRadius / AR package
• Timely submission of Credit & Debit Note requests for clients
• Prepare / follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all the processes along with process maps
• Acting as a point person to the clients and manage / duplicate payments
• Creation of customer accounts / write customer
• Proactively manage the responses to all queries of clients through the centralized email-boxes
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills
• Effective, accurate and error free invoices and has experience of handling end to end invoicing needs
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership and accountability and strong understanding of process activities
• Highly management skills, to handle multiples, process mapping and methodology
• Maintain high level of accuracy and Turn Around time for all transactions
• To create complete, timely and accurate flow of invoicing and communication to optimize downstream, operational effectiveness and cash flow
• Generate innovative ideas. Operate effectively in a fast-changing environment. Embrace change
• Reporting customer aging reports

Requirements / Qualifications

• Qualification: Commerce Graduates / Finance Postgraduates / Semi qualified chartered / Cost accountant with 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Must be a good team player and supportive to the team
• Good understanding of accounting principles with acumen to relate to practical accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with international clients
• Good interpretation and problem-solving techniques
• Goal knowledge of MS Excel
