Job Description
Need an operations manager who can play a key part of a management team and has experience in transport/cement industry. He shall oversee all operation level duties such as:
- organizing and managing staff, labor and hiring trucks/transporters for the company for transportation of cement.
- Should also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
- Knowing Kannada is a must.
- Need to manage operations of Bangalore and Mangalore and their surrounding areas.
- Oversee daily operations across all depots, ensuring seamless execution of supply chain activities.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs across all operational touchpoints.
- Proactively address and resolve challenges in logistics, stock management, and workforce efficiency.
- Communicate and coordinate with the customer company's team of sales and logistics personnel.
We need someone who takes up challenges head on and can think out of the box to solve issues. Someone who does not yield to customer pressure in breaking the SOPs and works with ethics.
