Role Overview
We are looking for a Circle Head – North East to lead and scale one of Lenskart’s fastest-growing retail markets.
This is a high-impact leadership role with full P&L ownership, where you will drive growth on the ground, build high-performing teams, and shape how customers experience a tech-enabled, omnichannel retail brand. You will operate like an owner—balancing scale, speed, and execution excellence.
What You’ll Drive:
1. Business Performance & Growth
Own topline, profitability, and unit economics across the region
Drive same-store growth through conversion, ticket size, and repeat
Identify and unlock new growth pockets across cities and micro-markets
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
Define and execute a sharp offline sales strategy with clear outcomes
Ensure strong on-ground execution across stores with real-time performance tracking
Drive a culture of accountability and bias for action
3. Team Leadership & Capability
Build and lead a strong bench of Area Managers and store teams
Create a high-performance culture with clear goals, ownership, and rewards
Invest in capability building across sales, service, and leadership
4. Customer Experience & NPS
Own end-to-end in-store experience and NPS for the region
Drive customer-first behaviour through regular store immersion and feedback loops
Ensure consistently high standards of service, grooming, and selling
5. Operational Excellence & Efficiency
Maximize store productivity through smart staffing and planning
Drive tight inventory and cost discipline without compromising experience
Identify gaps and solve for them quickly with strong execution rigor
6. Market Intelligence & Expansion
Stay deeply connected to local markets, competition, and consumer behaviour
Translate insights into actionable growth and expansion strategies
7. Brand, Experience & Tech-Led Retail
Act as the custodian of Lenskart’s brand—premium, accessible, and differentiated
Ensure every store reflects a seamless blend of retail and technology—from assisted selling to omnichannel journeys
Leverage data and tools to improve decision-making, store performance, and customer experience
Champion a tech-enabled, insight-led way of working across the region
Who You Are
10–15 years of experience in retail / QSR / consumer businesses
Proven track record of managing multi-store operations with P&L ownership
Strong commercial acumen with consistent growth delivery
Hands-on leader with high ownership and execution bias
Strong people leader with the ability to build and scale teams
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
