Compensation Consultant - SAP (SuccessFactors)- Replacement Job

We are looking forward to hire SAP (SuccessFactors)- Comp Professionals in the following areas :
Experience – 3-5 years
- Minimum 2 E2E implementation project experience for Compensation Module
- Minimum 2 Support projects implementation project experience for Compensation Module
- Should know all parts of Compensation and Variable Pay module, including compensation statements.
- Should know how to route forms when needed.
- Should be able to understand formula on Compensation worksheets.
- Understand how Update forms works.
- Understand the different backend tables that are involved in Variable Pay module. Goals, Weights etc.
- Understand how to configure XSL needed for custom compensation statements.
- Must have a certification, so that work in provisioning.
- It would help if the consultant is certified in Compensation and Variable Pay.
- Configure/design SuccessFactors, and/or related systems based on HR best practices.
- Leading the Documentation process for Release / Refresh Activities
- Execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Actively supports post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
- SAP Compensation Certification desired
- Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
