Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of Citrix Cloud architecture and components.
• Environment Monitoring & Administration.
• User Access & Endpoint Troubleshooting.
• Session management & support
• VDA Management: Install, update, and troubleshoot the Virtual Delivery Agent
• Knowledge on Citrix Licensing.
• Installation & configuration of Citrix cloud services.
• Resolve user connection issues.
• Deploy virtual desktop images.
• Apply patches to VDAs.
• Update documentation for troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years dedicated Citrix experience.
• Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V).
• Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator.
• ITIL foundation certification.
• Experience with Office 365.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

PRIMARY SKILLS:

• Citrix Cloud management.
• Knowledge on Citrix DaaS Architecture & components.
• Citrix DaaS configuration.
• Virtual Delivery Agent (VDA).
• Windows Server administration.
• Basic PowerShell scripting.
• Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication
• Willingness to do 24x7 Rotational Shift, ability to working from office is preferred, location will be city with Yash Office.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.(on-prem)
• Citrix DaaS (Cloud)
• Active Directory basics.
• Basic networking concepts.
• Azure fundamentals.
