Global Business Operations (GBO) provides risk and regulatory management and support services to country, region, and global risk management teams and to engagement teams in member firms on global risk processes. 

We are looking for a seasoned business process Risk Management Consultant to be a member of the GBO Sentinel team

 

Work independently, interact with all levels of management and as part of the team. 
Coordination and change management procedures, which encompasses, gathering user/entity change requirements, analysis, implementation, facilitation, support procedures and maintenance of those changes. 
Provide assistance to professionals by answering Global Support business inquiries via an Outlook mailbox 
Work with the Business Team to analyse, execute and support business requirements.  Clearly communicate complex technical application issues to Business Team and other stakeholders.
Continuously monitor system for data integrity and defects and work with the ITS teams to resolve issues.  
Help to manage data integrity processes to ensure highest quality over standard current data.  
Oversee modifications and general troubleshooting of the applications, and proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues regarding how those would affect the data in the system or even how the data would be presented with the modifications in place.  
Perform special projects as requested by management.  
Develop, improve and maintain processes
Must possess the ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously

·Must have a Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years business experience ·Minimum three years of recent experience in data and/or business analysis  with the ability to understand and apply intricate rules and regulations and quickly analyse complex information to make appropriate recommendations. ·Strong customer relationship management skills and analytical ability, and the ability to work effectively with customers and ITS management/staff.  ·Big 4 experience is a plus ·Must have the ability to work with and communicate with the business and ITS staff regarding system requirements and modifications to the data. ·Candidate must possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. ·Ability to prioritize and facilitate assignments with minimal supervision ·Strong oral and written communication skills. ·Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in dealing with diverse functional teams ·Research & Troubleshooting Skills – detail oriented ·Possess a high level of motivation with a strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement. ·Ability to handle multiple tasks and support special project needs ·Candidate must have excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel. Excellent data analysis experience and skills while working with large sets of data
