It ensures that all terms are met, deadlines are tracked, and any changes are managed. Roles and Responsibilities: •"Role Summary The Contract Management Specialist supports end-to-end contract lifecycle operations including intake, validation, approval coordination, execution, and renewal tracking. The role ensures contracts are accurately prepared, aligned across stakeholders, and executed in compliance with defined governance frameworks. By managing contract workflows, documentation, and lifecycle visibility, the specialist enables efficient deal execution, compliance, and renewal readiness across sales and commercial operations. Key Accountabilities • Manage contract intake and perform pre-legal qualification by validating deal type, scope, value, complexity, and approval requirements. • Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership to validate scope, pricing, and service feasibility. • Identify and resolve discrepancies across commercial, operational, and financial inputs to ensure a single aligned position. • Prepare contract-ready documentation packages with complete and approved inputs for Legal drafting and review. • Manage approval routing and governance by facilitating pre- and post-legal approvals as per defined matrices. • Coordinate contract signature and execution workflows, including e-signature processes and timelines. • Perform post-execution quality checks to validate agreement completeness, accuracy, and adherence to approved terms. • Apply contract metadata and tagging (account, segment, term, value, renewal dates) to enable traceability and reporting. • Archive executed agreements in contract management systems with proper versioning and access controls. • Enable renewal readiness by documenting key obligations, milestones, and renewal triggers for contracts. • Validate contract data accuracy including dates, values, and key terms to support lifecycle tracking. • Generate renewal alerts based on defined timelines and contract lifecycle milestones. • Deliver structured renewal opportunity summaries and contract lists to Sales teams. • Identify and flag expansion or upsell opportunities based on contract signals and account context. • Extract contract metadata including terms, end dates, and renewal clauses from CRM and CLM systems. • Validate document completeness, apply standardized naming conventions, and update records upon archival of executed agreements. • Distribute renewal lists and ensure relevant stakeholders have up-to-date visibility on upcoming contract renewals.
