Consulting Support Services – Senior

 

The opportunity

CSS enables Consulting Project team’s efficiency and delivery through key project management and coordination activities.

We take responsibility for end–to–end project lifecycle essential for project delivery. We manage project financial analysis, tracking and reporting, project communication, compliance & governance activities across all Field of Play.

This role offers first-hand experience of a Technical Copywriter on a wide spectrum of services leading to skill enhancement and long-term career growth in consulting. This role requires a unique blend of technology acumen, storytelling expertise, and stakeholder management capabilities to create impactful content across product marketing, thought leadership, brand communications, and go-to-market initiatives.

 

Your key role and responsibilities

• Develop compelling narratives around AI products, platforms, applications, digital ecosystems, and emerging technologies.
• Translate highly technical concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-centric content.
• Create messaging frameworks, value propositions, and positioning statements for AI-driven solutions.
• Simplify complex topics such as Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Data Platforms, Cloud Technologies, and Digital Transformation for business and technical audiences.
• Create end-to-end GTM content for product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Develop product briefs, launch materials, presentations, website copy, solution overviews, executive summaries, email campaigns, blogs, and customer-facing collateral.
• Support sales enablement through creation of case studies, use cases, battle cards, and industry-specific solution narratives.
• Draft whitepapers, point-of-view articles, industry reports, keynote narratives, speeches, and executive communication assets.
• Research technology trends, AI advancements, market developments, regulatory landscapes, and competitor positioning.
• Develop high-impact branded content across digital, social, event, and executive channels.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging architecture, and editorial standards.
• Coordinate with Product Teams, SMEs, Researchers, Designers, and Program Managers to gather technical inputs and validate content.

 

Skills and attributes for success

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
• Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• 4–7 years of experience in Technology Content Writing, Product Marketing, Brand Communications, Technical Writing, or GTM Content Development.
• Experience writing for technology products, software applications, AI solutions, cloud platforms, digital products, or emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated experience creating GTM and branded content for technology-focused organizations.
• Proven ability to work directly with product teams, SMEs, designers, and leadership stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio showcasing technology storytelling and business-focused content creation.
• Preferred experience in subjects such as: AI/Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, Cloud Technologies, Enterprise Software Products, Digital Platforms & Applications, Innovation & Emerging Technology Ecosystems, Technology Consulting or Product Organizations

 

Business & Technology Understanding

• Ability to understand technical documentation, product roadmaps, and solution architectures.
• Create detailed Whitepapers/eBooks/Manuals based on subject study
• Develop case studies and process documents to RFIs
• Strong grasp of AI trends, digital transformation, and emerging technology landscapes.
• Experience coordinating with large, cross-functional stakeholder groups. Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and content workstreams simultaneously.
• Prior experience working with Global cliental required
• Self-starter, excellent team player, organized and self-disciplined. Ability to work with senior leadership
