- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of service lifecycle management including incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing IT service management frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to analyze infrastructure service requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms that support infrastructure monitoring and service automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining service reliability and performance.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
