Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable applications, contributing to the overall success of projects and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your role will also require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the software development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve development processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
