Summary:
As a Software Configuration Lead, you will ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve managing processes, resources, and technologies to enhance efficiency and ensure a smooth flow of operations. You will collaborate with various teams from development through implementation, focusing on meeting cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets while fostering a productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate design documentations approval.
- Clarify requirements and highlight any issues/concerns
- Ensure the configurations or migration are performed
- Coordinates with Testing team to resolve the defects raised
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple
teams.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to
enhance their skills.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to
ensure timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and practices.
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and optimize workflows for improved efficiency.
- Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration and project management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
