Key Responsibilities:

1. Telugu Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in Telugu, both in written and spoken form, to assist customers effectively.
2. Customer Assistance: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
4. Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, working to find quick and effective solutions.
5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including comments, feedback, and resolutions.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues and share knowledge.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
8. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all customer interactions meet the company's standards of quality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Telugu (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
