What you'll build

 

• The role involves strengthening customer notification processes to ensure communications are timely, accurate, and compliant.
• It also includes establishing clear oversight and monitoring of regulatory and audit activities to keep the organization aligned with evolving requirements.
• Consistent visibility into the Incident Response (IR) team’s performance is emphasized, enabling data-driven improvements across the program.
• The position provides executive-level metrics and reporting to guide strategic decisions and involves conducting tabletop exercises with IR teams and Lines of Business (LoBs) to enhance preparedness and operational readiness throughout the business .

 

What you bring

 

• Candidates are expected to have the ability to create, maintain, and improve process and procedure documentation.
• Strong communication skills are necessary to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional discussions.
• 5+ years of experience in supporting cybersecurity operations, incident response, IT Service Management (ITSM), or major incident management environments is important. 
• The role requires skill in translating technical findings into business-relevant insights and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO, and SOC2.
• An analytical mindset with attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities is essential. Comfort with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Microsoft Office, Teams, or SharePoint is also required 
• Certification related to Cyber security/ project management CISPP/CISM or PMP/GCPM/ITIL/CSM.
