Labcorp is seeking a Senior Report Engineer to join our team at Bengaluru, India

Work Schedule
Candidate is required to follow the work schedule of 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.

Job Responsibilities
•    Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
•    Develop insight solutions aligned to strategic initiatives that deliver simple, compelling and actionable data visualizations.
•    Deliver data in a useful and appealing way to users by making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable using PowerBI and selected tools to develop innovative and insightful data visualizations
•    Collaborate with business partners to design and implement BI solutions, including requirements gathering, design, development, solution delivery and end-user training.
•    Develop custom reports and data visualization products using large data sets to transform data into actionable insights.
•    Work with other team members to define effort estimates and project plans

Minimum Qualifications
•    Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a report developer.
•    Minimum 2+ yrs. of experience individual should have worked with BAs and business to define requirements and advise development approach. 
•    3+yrs. of experience in handling all Power BI / Tableau products (Desktop, Public, Server, Online, and Reader)
•    3+ years of experience Leveraging various data management / ETL tools (e.g. SSIS, Informatica, etc.) to configure analytics applications to support business needs
•    Minimum 2 End to End Developments life cycle in Power BI / Tableau Development should have completed.
•    2+ years of working knowledge of different types of charts, tables, filters, sets, functions, blending, LOD, etc.
•    1+ years of experience on all the AI related features in Power BI 

•   1+ years of handling databases and proficiency in SQL

•    2+ years of building reports Medium to very complex in Power BI using different data sources 

Preferred Qualifications
•    2+ years of experience working in Life Science and Health Care Industry (LSHC)

•    Ability to follow established processes, SOPs, and regulatory requirements throughout the software lifecycle.

•    Excellent analytical skills to analyze business needs•    Interpret business requirements and define technical alternatives, tools, and approach.
•    Identifying patterns and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it
•    Finding the key areas of automation and performance tuning techniques to make the business processes smooth
•    Document the technical solution to address the defined business requirements. 

•    Self-managed with strong ownership of testing and quality deliverables.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to coordinate effectively between IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing activities. (This is the correct format to use for future openings)
