We are currently seeking a Data Modeler to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

 

Senior Data Modeler - Power Designer/ERwin/Hackolade

 

TBC  - Data Modeler Req - 8+ years 

Mandatory Skillset:
•    Strong hands on experience in data modeling across conceptual, logical, and physical layers, including 3NF and dimensional modeling 
•    Experience modeling complex logic, rules, and supporting metadata in a data driven manner 
•    Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret requirements and translate them into implementable data designs 
•    Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture teams 
•    Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills related to data design and structure 
•    Practical, data driven approach to design decisions and trade offs 
•    Working knowledge of SQL and modern data platforms, including cloud based and NoSQL data stores 
•    Working knowledge of at least one data modeling tool such as PowerDesigner, ERwin, Hackolade, or equivalent 
•    Familiarity with AI assisted development tools, using them to improve productivity and documentation quality where appropriate

•    Ability to manage multiple modeling tasks and priorities in parallel 
•    Experience working across cross functional technology teams 
•    Strong attention to detail in documentation and design artifacts 
•    Experience working in global delivery models with onshore and offshore teams 
•    Comfort working with limited direction while adhering to established standards and guidelines

General Expectation

1) Must have Good Communication
2) Must be ready to work in 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM Shift
3) Flexible to work in Client Location Manyata or EGL, Bangalore
4) Must be ready to work from office in a Hybrid work environment. Full Remote work is not an option
5) Expect Full Return to office in 2026
