This role combines deep technical expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI with strategic responsibilities in business development, RFP ownership, and stakeholder management. You will play a pivotal role in shaping data science strategy, mentoring teams, and driving client success through innovative solutions.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, AI, or related disciplines preferred

Must-Have Skills and Experience

Technical Leadership

• Expertise in architecting and implementing ML and AI solutions for large-scale projects
• Advanced knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, ensemble methods, and time-series forecasting
• Strong experience in deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, transformers)
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and enterprise-grade ML frameworks
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, containerization (Docker), and scalable deployments

Strategic & Business Development

• Own and drive RFP responses, solutioning, and proposal development for data science opportunities
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to shape offerings and client pitches
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategies

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex data science concepts into business value
• Lead stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment with client objectives
• Present insights and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences

Team Management & Mentorship

• Mentor senior and junior data scientists
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across data science, engineering, and product teams

 

Cloud AI Development

• Experience deploying ML models on Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Familiarity with MLOps pipelines, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD workflows

Deep Learning

• Hands-on experience with CNNs, RNNs, and transformer-based architectures
• Proficiency in TensorFlow or PyTorch for building and deploying models
• Experience in NLP and computer vision applications
