What would you do? The FP&A Tower Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of FP&A processes and driving transformational initiatives for the client. This role ensures operational excellence, adherence to global FP&A standards, and continuous improvement to meet evolving business needs. The FP&A Delivery Lead ensures alignment with Group FP&A standards and frameworks, translating strategic objectives into actionable financial plans and insights. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders to help improve business performance by understanding Fonterra business, how it impacts FP&A processes and a potential solution. 1. FP&A Process Delivery 2. Stakeholder Engagement, Coordination and Change Management 3. Outsourced Service Partner Management 4. Transformation & Capability Development 5. Governance & Commercial Oversight 6. Leadership and Team Development 7. Team Learning & Development Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility • The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives • Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters • Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments • Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility • Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
