What would you do? The Business Interlock (Bl) is responsible for partnering with client Business Partner (BP) in setting out a strategy and plan for their learners as per their business roles and curriculum. Bl is also responsible for end-to-end management by collaborating actively with DSM (delivery scheduling manager) and if required with other delivery teams. In addition, Bl acts as a consultant by monitoring the progress, intervening when required and reviewing performance of each Course/Program based on the results of historical data (from different aspects involved such as instructors, logistics, modality, pricing etc.) Define and develop organization learning strategies and learning operating models that articulate the workforce capabilities, skills or competencies required, and how these can be developed, to accelerate performance and drive business results.
What are we looking for? • Any Bachelor s degree Work Experience • Relevant experience coordinating or delivering training sessions in a corporate setting • Relevant experience working in a global service delivery environment • Relevant experience of 5 years of team management • Overall, of 10+ years in Learning and Development • Project management skills (Planning & Organizing) • Good understanding of the Accenture Learning Delivery environment and delivery requirements • Excellent project management skills • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations. • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task • Attention to accuracy and quality • Ability to prioritize • Able to work and leverage a shared service environment • Proven ability to collaborate with a global audience and has multi-cultural awareness • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships • Strong people developer skills • Problem solving and critical thinking
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Accountable for establishing, developing, and maintaining client relationships. • Develop a deep understanding of the client business objectives and expectations of the Learning Program. • Partner with the client to define and implement a training strategy. • Consult/Advise learning solution given the business requirements, demand planning, budget limitation etc. • Partner with the client to plan Yearly/Quarterly Training demand. • Assist in the review and update of the current curriculum based on the desired retain, refresh and retire guidelines. • Prepare and communicate course delivery budgets based on requirements and seek client approval. • Manage the audience alignment for training programs based on job roles, management levels, tenure and other client specific criteria. • Collaborate with the DSM to identify the most eligible instructor and execute the delivery plan. • Share the client requirements with the internal teams (Admin, LA, Reporting & others) and monitor the flow of delivery actions and adhere the SLAs. • Communicate, escalate, and resolve issues related to the program/course - related to curriculum, financial, faculty, participant, and logistics. • Provide session evaluation reports and recommendations for continuous improvements to Clients. • Perform an RCA and develop contingency plans to minimize risk. • Overall, work as a learning consultant for the activities involved from demand planning till reporting and measurement
