Job description

The role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Deputy Manager - HR to lead our end-to-end onboarding process and ensure robust HR compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and a genuine passion for creating a positive initial experience for new hires. This role requires an open mind, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: ? End-to-End Onboarding Management: ? Oversee and continuously improve the entire new hire onboarding journey, from offer acceptance to successful integration. ? Develop and implement engaging pre-boarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new employees. ? Coordinate and conduct comprehensive new hire orientations, covering company policies, culture, and benefits. ? Collaborate with IT, Admin, and other departments to ensure all necessary resources (laptops, access cards, desk setup, etc.) are ready before the new hire's start date. ? Mo
