What you’ll be doing

Workflow Component Design

  • Design and configure modular workflow components for automation across P&B and L2C processes.
  • Ensure clarity, accessibility, and reusability of workflow modules.

Integration & Interoperability

  • Map and manage interactions between Workflow Management Tools (WFMT) and other OSS/BSS components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and process orchestration.

Product & Domain Knowledge

  • Apply understanding of BT’s product offerings to align workflow components with business needs.
  • Position WFMT correctly within the P&B and L2C journey, ensuring it supports upstream planning and downstream monetization.

Technical Expertise

  • Apply knowledge of basic networking concepts (e.g., VLANs, LAGs, PGI) to design workflows that support network service delivery.
  • Ensure workflows are compatible with OSS/BSS systems and adhere to industry standards.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with architects, developers, and business analysts to translate requirements into workflow designs.
  • Produce clear documentation of workflow components, integration points, and dependencies.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Strong understanding of workflow automation in telecom or enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with OSS/BSS architecture and how WFMT interacts with provisioning, assurance, billing, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of BT’s product portfolio and ability to contextualize workflows within P&B and L2C journeys.
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, VLAN, LAG, PGI) to support service design and delivery.
  • Experience in component design, modularization, and integration within workflow applications.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to support cross-team collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Passion for building scalable, reusable, and business-aligned workflow components.
