Devops Engineer - Observability

Senior Observability Consultant (6–7 Years Experience)

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with strong experience in Observability, Monitoring, and Platform Engineering to support and scale our enterprise observability platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support observability solutions across metrics, logs, and traces
• Work with application teams to onboard services and improve monitoring standards
• Build and enhance dashboards, alerts, and instrumentation best practices
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across distributed systems
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and self‑service enablement

Required Experience & Skills

• 6-7 years of hands-on experience in Observability, SRE, Platform, or DevOps roles
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and microservices
• Solid understanding of logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting concepts
• Ability to work independently, guide junior engineers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams

Good to Have

• Experience in large enterprise environments
• Exposure to CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure automation
• Strong communication and documentation skills
