Summary:
As a Digital Design Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing digital circuits and systems with a strong emphasis on optimizing logic, timing, and power consumption. The role includes writing register transfer level code, conducting simulations, and verifying designs to ensure they meet specified performance criteria. Collaboration is a key aspect, working closely with physical design, verification, and software teams to integrate and validate the digital design within the broader system. This position requires a balance of technical precision and teamwork to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Good To Have Skills: Scrum, ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of digital circuit design principles including logic synthesis and timing analysis.
- Experience with simulation and verification methodologies to validate design functionality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including physical design and software engineering.
- Familiarity with power optimization techniques and their application in digital system design.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
