Configuration setup experience in a minimum of three global implementation projects.

As a Digital Technology Specialist – IT Operations, you will also be responsible for:

• Professional User or Expert User certified in Onesource Tax Determination (OITD) Enterprise Cloud application.
• Configuration setup experience in a minimum of three global implementation projects. Hands on with setups including Trans Editors, Rules, Reference Data, Zones, Establishments, Custom Products, Product Qualifiers, Companies, Export/Import configs.
• Thorough understanding of OITD tool navigation, setups & content organization with in-depth knowledge of tax determination processing steps.
•   Technical knowledge in SAP & Oracle Integration with OITD, to the extent of data flows of key processes, Finance Shared Service Integrations and a complete understanding of tax call request & response xml elements.
• Adherence to Change management process - applying and promoting changes from lower to higher instances with appropriate approvals.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Engage with business and cross-functional DT teams as part of projects execution & ticket resolution. Collaboration with vendor support team when necessary.
•  SAP system experience: AP, AR, FICO, PO, SAP table.
•   Oracle ERP experience: OM, AR, PO, AP, Projects.
