Role: 
Director - Data & AI Consulting

Responsibilities:
•    Lead client account, programs and engagements independently - with AI first mindset
•    Lead proposals in close collaboration with US partners and directors – storyline, solution approach, schedule, pricing etc
•    Build a strong Data & AI capability – including people, process and tools that can enable to sell and deliver high value outcomes
•    Manage utilization of team under your span – ensuring minimal necessary bench
•    Mentor teams, drive high performance culture

Must Have:
•    Experience of Leading and delivering large transformation programs (cloud/data/AI)
•    Strong solution/architecture knowledge of cloud (Azure, AWS) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)
•    Strong knowledge and proven experience of leading and delivering data lakehouse/analytics solutions
•    Strong knowledge and experience of onshore/offshore delivery management, engagement/pricing models (value/outcome based, managed services etc.)
•    Experience of leading and winning proposals - including solutioning, pricing

Nice to Have:
•    Experience on working with FS / Capital Markets clients
•    Worked few years in US - working closely with clients and leading onshore/offshore teams

•    Independent thinker and innovation focused (like how can we do things better)
•    Strong communicator (upward and downward)
•    AI-first mindset (proven experience on building or modernizing something)
