Lab Manager - Video Delivery and Network Systems

DOCSIS, Lab management

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering • 5+ Years of experience in Lab management or system integration • Strong understanding of Video Delivery architectures, STB Platforms • Good understanding of IP Networking and Access Network technologies (DOCSIS and Fiber) • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Lab Operations Management o Oversee day-to-day operations of the remote lab, ensuring uptime and reliability. o Configuration, set-up and maintenance pf local HE components and STB Test Racks o Implement best practice for lab usage, change management and process improvement o Develop and maintain lab documentation and configurations • Collaboration & Alignment o Act as Primary contact for Entertainment related Lab activities o Collaborate with local core and access network teams to support connectivity and troubleshooting o Coordinate new installations and physical work with local Infrastructure team o Coordinate with Netherlands counterparts to ensure consistency in test setups and outcomes
