Job Description
Skill sets

- 4 + Years Experience as an implementation
consultant or analyst in the functional
implementation of Dynamics AX or Dynamics
365 Finance & Operations preferably in global
/multi-country scenario - A firm understanding of D365 F&O/ Dynamics
AX ERP
Knowhow on :
- Jira
- Confluence
Knowhow on methodologies
- ITIL based processes
- Agile Methodology
Expected deliverables
- Manage the overall delivery relationship with
assigned program / project clients - Deliver weekly status reports, either
developed directly or in concert with the project
managers working in the program, and
providing program/project progress and
issues to client stakeholders, delivery
management - Business analysis, functional requirement
gathering and process mapping - Functional design document (FDD)
development - Functional installation, configuration, and user
acceptance testing - Key user training, go-live support, and post
go-live process improvement - User Support
