Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers focused on creating technical solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. The lead ensures that projects are completed within the agreed timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves organizing and allocating resources efficiently to support engineering and construction initiatives, fostering collaboration among diverse technical teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Oversee project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional engineering teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
- Coordinate resource planning and allocation to meet project demands.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of engineering processes across manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural domains.
- Experience in managing and delivering engineering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
