Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with strong hands-on expertise in accounting, taxation compliance, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Handle GST compliance, return filing, and reconciliations
• Manage TDS calculations, payments, and return filings
• Bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Coordinate with clients for accounting-related requirements
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines
• Support audit and financial reporting activities

Requirements:

• Strong experience in accounting, GST, and TDS compliance
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting
• Experience working on accounting software/Tally/ERP systems
• Knowledge of Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts
• Good communication and coordination skills

Work Arrangement:

• Primarily work from our office
• Candidate may occasionally be deputed to client locations based on business requirements

Experience Required:

2–5 years (can adjust based on your requirement)
