Digital Enterprise Architect for Digital Factory at EY Luxembourg

 

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide strategic oversight and architectural governance for delivering digital solutions across key service lines, including Assurance, Tax, Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) Regulatory Consulting, and associated common platforms. This role ensures technology initiatives align with business objectives while driving innovation, scalability, and compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce architecture governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across all digital initiatives.
• Oversee solution design and integration for platforms supporting Assurance, Tax, WAM Reg Consulting, and shared services.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct trade-off analysis and negotiate with business stakeholders to balance cost, risk, and value in solution decisions.
• Drive adoption of modern architecture practices (cloud-native, API-first, microservices, data-driven design).
• Lead architecture refactoring and modernization initiatives to improve scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
• Manage technical debt by defining remediation strategies and embedding best practices into delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards.
• Provide guidance on technology roadmaps, platform modernization, and enterprise-wide digital strategy.
• Mentor and coach Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Domain Specialists, and Product Managers to build strong architectural capabilities and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture within large-scale, multi-service organizations.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, cloud technologies, and integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional technical and product teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial and professional services.
