Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to guide complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. This role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value drivers. The day also includes developing and deploying innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that clients achieve market-leading solutions and enhanced operational efficiency through thoughtful technology integration and transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic technology initiatives that align with enterprise goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and service models related to platform services.
- Experience in evaluating and recommending technology platforms based on business needs and cost considerations.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient platform solutions.
- Familiarity with industry-specific technology assets and their application in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative technology solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
