Summary:
As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, you will support clients in designing, building, and running an agile and scalable IT infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize operational efficiencies, enhance employee performance, and adapt to the ever-changing demands of the business environment. You will apply infrastructure improvements across multiple domains, including workplace, network, data center, and operations, ensuring that the solutions provided are both standardized and optimized for maximum effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure design and implementation.
- Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and optimize operational processes.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
