The NE sales Persson Role is to proactively manage Customer relationship and to Generate opportunities in Specified area through existing or new customer and to Negotiate to Maximize the order book further additional need manage the contract support sales and marketing functions
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads opportunities Provide Design Solution to meet the customer requirement orders and contracts to meet the sales budget
Document customer informations in CRM and responsible of gathering relevant information from Market including timely and accurate reporting
Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his or her area of responsibility
In early phase of Project drive an solution Selling to Architect and Builders in assigned area
Prepare request technical solution from Application Engineering team and submit technical and commercial proposals and tenders participate in pre‑bid discussions and negotiation meetings
Drive follow‑ups on submitted proposals finalize orders and ensure timely and accurate processing of received orders
Coordinate SIP meetings and facilitate customer visits as per established guidelines
Support Finance function to Liquidate Outstanding
Collaborate with the Construction Department to ensure effective contract management and smooth project execution
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints upholding service excellence and customer satisfaction through interaction with departmental teams
Qualification and Requirements
Experience 7 and 9 years
Education BE Engineering MBA preferred
Preferred Industry Elevator Construction Equipment DG Sets Power Products Building Materials
Behavioral Competencies
Customer-first mindset and relationship-building skills
Strong negotiation and communication abilities
Analytical thinking for market assessment and forecasting
