The Opportunity

 

We are looking for an AI Manager / AI Architect with strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in building AI solutions (POCs or production). The ideal candidate is curious, eager to learn, and passionate about exploring emerging AI technologies, especially Agentic AI and LLM-based systems.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Technical Excellence

• Design scalable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows
• Build POCs, prototypes, and iterate quickly
• Work with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar
• Understand enterprise data, quality, and governance
• Strong understanding of model building, MLOps, and developing production-grade AI solutions
• Proficiency in Python is required; experience with R, React, or .NET is an added advantage

 

Data & Analytics

• Basic understanding of data engineering and analytics concepts
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and async workflows

 

Team Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Contribute to learning and knowledge sharing

 

 

Skills and Attributes

 

Educational Background

 

• Engineering or quantitative background preferred
• Master’s / MBA (good to have)

 

Professional Experience

 

• 5–10 years in AI / data / digital transformation
• Experience with LLMs / GenAI and building POCs
• Strong learning mindset and curiosity

 

Technical Skills

 

• Python
• Basic data structures and algorithms
• Understanding of LLMs, APIs, and RAG

 

 

Soft Skills

 

• Exceptional client engagement and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, high‑quality technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities

 

 

Preferred Certifications

 

• GenAI and LLM focussed, AI/ML, or data analytics certifications (Google, Microsoft, AWS, Coursera, etc.)
