Role: EYP Team Blue (L&D operations)

High Level Responsibilities:

  • Drive L&D initiatives & agenda as set forward by L&D leader (Anand) by working closely with L&D business partners (Vaibhav Anand & Ira Aggarwal)
  • Track L&D budgets and spends to ensure compliance with overall budget goals for EYP by working closely with finance ops team (Mili Jalhotra)
  • L&D vendor onboarding & management by working closely with all stakeholders including GDS Finance and Supply Chain Services (SCS) team. SPOC to support is Karthik Natarajan.
  • Execute external certifications for business identified nominees with the help of external vendor & GDS EYP learning champions and publish progress on completion to leadership
  • Run monthly New Hire Assimilation (NHA) training in close coordination with talent team (Nishant P, Neena Ghosal)
  • Run Gen AI bootcamp virtual sessions on a bi-weekly basis with DnA team (Rajat Singh, Tina Jain Gupta, Abhranil Das)
  • Track & publish monthly CPE hours & Badges data for all EYP at a GPN level
  • Address ad-hoc requests related to higher education policy, CPE hours credits, Training assignment requests etc from all EYP professionals via emails/Ops chatbot tickets
  • Support marquee leaning program PRISM in close coordination with L&D leader & L&D business partners by handling on-site coordination and related operational activities
  • Co-ordinate with Global learning teams & GDS EYP learning champions for assignment of relevant training assignments & learning sessions/modules
